DueWise operates on a clear and fair refund policy:

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel before uploading documents, you may request a full refund.
2. After Work Begins

Once documents are uploaded and processing has started, refunds are not available, since resources are committed immediately.
3. Exceptions

If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents delivery of your report, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
4. How to Request

Contact billing@duewiseai.com with your job ID and reason for refund request.
